    SPOTTED LANTERNFLY

The Spotted Lanternfly is an invasive non-native insect which was first observed in Beaver County in 2019.  It has been observed in the Conway area where it likely came into the county on rail cars. Penn State Extension has a wealth of information regarding this invasive pest. https://extension.psu.edu/spotted-lanternfly
